App usage: Pasteon does not collect clipboard data or user content. Clipboard history is stored locally on your Mac unless explicitly exported by you.

Purchases via Paddle: When you purchase Pasteon, we may receive limited information such as your name, email address, order details, and license status for validation and support.

Email subscriptions: If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address so we can send product news and release notes.

To verify licenses and manage access to paid features.

To respond to support requests and activation issues.

To send optional product updates if you subscribed to email updates.

Paddle handles payment processing, taxes, checkout, receipts, and subscription management.

ConvertKit is used for optional newsletter subscriptions and product update emails.

These services process only the information needed to provide their respective functions.

We retain license and purchase information only as long as needed to provide paid access, support, refunds, accounting, and fraud prevention.

Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about your purchase or newsletter subscription.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.

We use reasonable measures to protect the limited personal information transmitted to us.

Payment details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by Pasteon.
