Welcome to Pasteon! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pasteon application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Pasteon is a macOS clipboard manager developed and operated by an independent developer. Our mission is to help you be more productive by keeping your clipboard organized, accessible, and powerful.
2. Using the Service
You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pasteon.
You agree not to misuse the Service or interfere with its normal operation. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service in any way not explicitly permitted.
3. Your Subscription
Some features may require a paid subscription. When you subscribe, you're granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the full version of Pasteon during the subscription period.

- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You may cancel anytime via the payment platform’s settings.
All billing and payment processing is handled securely through a third-party provider such as Paddle, and subject to their terms.
4. Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with Pasteon, we offer a 7-day refund window after purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@pasteon.app with your order details.
5. Data and Privacy
Pasteon is designed to run entirely on your Mac. Your clipboard data and actions are stored locally and never transmitted to our servers unless explicitly enabled by you for syncing or backups.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software related to Pasteon are the intellectual property of its creator. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute the software without written permission.
7. Availability
We strive to maintain a stable and secure Service. However, we may modify or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, bugs, or discontinuation.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use Pasteon at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via the app or website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
